Our Clean and Check Program is a convenient and economical way to keep your heating and/or cooling system running smooth and efficient. Getting your system checked by a licensed technician every year will keep your energy bills in check and extend the life of your existing system. Our technicians will clean the entire unit and check all moving parts to avoid any unnecessary breakdowns during the season. Signing up to our Clean and Check Plan will also make our staff available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week, you will have priority scheduling, and a discount on any services or installation that you have during the period of the agreement. Your plan will automatically renew and our we will contact you for your maintenance so you don't have to remember.

What you can expect
A licensed technician will arrive at your home within the time window that was provided by the office. The technician will be wearing shoe covers to protect your home from the outside environment (our job is to make less work for you not more). The appointment will begin by asking a series questions that will assist in diagnosing the problem. Once the technician has located the problem they will go over the cost and options that you have before the work begins.
Upon your approval, the technician will make the necessary repairs and run
the system through its cycles to make sure that there are no other
underlying causes. If you have other questions or service issues that you would like to discuss with the technician they will be happy to assist you.
Our technicians are equipped to accept all major credit cards, checks, or cash. A receipt along with the description of work will be left for your records and is always available in our facility.
